In 2022, Afonso made his international debut on the international stage, and since then, he and his spirited pony, Jacaré, have been tirelessly preparing for the 2024 European Championship in Flyinge, Sweden. Jacaré, which means “Alligator” in English, loves to eat and is just as unique and spirited as his name suggests. This dynamic duo shares a special bond, with Jacaré’s love for food adding a touch of humor to their rigorous training regime.
